Built Green Homes Designed for Calgary Living

Through Built Green, a national nonprofit, we ensure our building practices are both sustainable and responsible. Renova’s standard follows the program guidelines and focuses on resource conservation and indoor air quality to create a happier and healthier home.

The following is a snapshot of what is included in our standard Built Green Calgary homes, with no upgrades required.

• Low Flow Plumbing Fixtures and Toilets
• Energy Star Windows & Washer & Dryer
• Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV)

Built green homes mean subscribing to advanced building practices that go above and beyond standard code requirements. From minimizing waste and conserving water to improving indoor air quality and preserving natural resources, Built Green construction works to define a holistic approach that aligns with modern values and smart principles. Renova offers two Performance Packages to select from:

Ultra Performance

• Includes all applicable items from Pro Performance
• Upgrade to super seal attic insulation
• 2” Rigid insulation under basement slab
• Boiler system for slab heat and domestic hot water
• WaterBoss high efficiency water softener system
